Our services include an array of global, US and international surveys and trends, networking, regional roundtables, member-only meetings, and independent consulting support. The consulting services are led by practitioners with practical, hands-on corporate benefits experience. We provide independent reviews and recommendations on data analyses, strategic planning, program and policy development and implementation, RFIs and RFPs, and support filling short-term or temporary staffing needs.
Trends and Surveys
We field surveys to help members gain insights into benefits best practices, program design, administration, and vendor management. Our surveys are developed in conjunction with the Survey Advisory Committee, made up of SVEF member representatives, to ensure that the focus brings the appropriate data, insights, and relevancy to support benchmark strategy, program design and delivery.
Consulting Services
We have insights into the aspects of our members’ benefit strategies and programs and are uniquely positioned to provide consulting to our members. We have the best interest of our members in mind, with a neutral point of view, and can leverage our data insights to provide members with limited-scope independent consulting. Consulting projects may include brokerage RFPs and vendor oversight, filling temporary staffing needs, or supplementing M&A activities.
Events and Meetings
Our events are best-in-class within the benefits industry, including the Innovation Symposium, Global Benefits and Regional Summits. Hear inspiring employer case studies and explore new program offerings, while connecting with peers in the industry. Core to our member offerings are the regional and global roundtable meetings, and quarterly member-only meetings.

For nearly 30 years, the Silicon Valley Employers Forum (SVEF) has been at the forefront of global employee benefits by developing, incubating, and launching innovative programs on behalf of our members.
