Trends and Surveys

We field annual or biennial surveys to help our members gain insights into benefits best practices, program design, administration, and vendor management. Our surveys are developed in conjunction with the Survey Advisory Committee, made up of SVEF member representatives, to ensure that the focus brings the appropriate data, insights, and relevancy to support benchmark strategy, program design and delivery.

Global Surveys

The annual Global Practices and Policies (GPP) survey captures global topics pertaining to governance, HR structure, and funding mechanisms. It also covers plan design for health, retirement, wellness programs, and leaves and provides insights to top initiatives and challenges. Members can benchmark their programs and obtain charts, summaries, and graphs.

Country Surveys

There are two types of country surveys – benchmark and pulse – and both surveys complement the annual Global Practices and Policies (GPP) survey. The benchmark surveys capture plan designs and key supplemental benefits offered in a specific country. The pulse surveys capture the high-level trends and prevalence for key benefit programs in the country. Every year we introduce new country surveys that address the needs and requirements of our members.
