The inaugural Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Engagement Summit launched in May 2022 to help participants gain insights and conversations about ways to better support diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. The summit brings together subject matter experts who share best practices and latest trends and insights in the area of DE&I and inspires and engages attendees to take action.
Regional Symposium
We organize an annual Regional Symposium to focus on the key topics within a particular region. Sessions include presentations by leading subject matter experts as well as prestigious global thought leaders and vendor partners who come to share their knowledge on the latest trends, news and best practices for employee benefits.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Engagement Summit
The inaugural Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Engagement Summit launched in May 2022 to help participants gain insights and conversations about ways to better support diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. The summit brings together subject matter experts who share best practices and latest trends and insights in the area of DE&I and inspires and engages attendees to take action.

Group discussion topics have included U.S. Health Plan Specific content, Leave of Absence & Time Off, Mental Health, Employee Assistance Programs, Perks, Retirement, Wellbeing, Crisis Management, Operations & Administration, and Vendor Management.

These full-day meetings take place quarterly and are open only to members of SVEF. Best practices sharing, data insights, trends, and surveys, employer case studies, and vendor partner solutions are pivotal topics to ensure our members are kept abreast of the benefits industry and ecosystem.
Policy Updates
In partnership with the ERISA Industry Committee, we hold monthly meetings for our members to provide them with timely updates on policy changes and impacts to U.S. benefit plan design and administration.
