Since 1994, the Silicon Valley Employers Forum (SVEF), a
global non-profit 501(c)(6) association, has been impacting
the evolution of benefits, and represents over 65 mid to
large-size high tech employers. SVEF members collectively
employ 2M people and have a presence in over 120 countries.

Our members lead the way in benefits program design,
innovation, delivery, and administration. SVEF is uniquely positioned to bring invaluable data and insights into benefits, enabling our members to design best-in-class strategies and programs which are key to impacting global matters.

The Silicon Valley Employers Forum (SVEF) facilitates the sharing of U.S., International, and Global benefits practices to enable our members to strategize, optimize and manage benefits programs in support of their employees and family members. Membership Criteria
