We’re thrilled to share our recent collaboration with BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions and the World Health Organization on the mini-documentary “Healthier Together.” This documentary features Marjorie, an Accolade member from United Airlines in Maricopa, Arizona. Like many Americans, Marjorie faced challenges finding healthcare for her ongoing needs and diabetes management.
Enter Accolade. Marjorie partnered with our physician-led Care Team, receiving personalized recommendations and trusted guidance. We fostered collaboration with her healthcare providers, digital health partners, and insurers, ensuring that Marjorie was able to establish true longitudinal care.
Our Trusted Partner Ecosystem accelerates the performance of digital point solutions to improve health outcomes across health categories for employers. Now comprised of 17 partners, it was through this ecosystem that Marjorie was able to utilize Virta for diabetes care management and access specialized virtual care teams with expertise in diabetes, including a doctor and a nutritionist, to manage her condition.
