The Silicon Valley Employers Forum (SVEF) is the only global association focused on employee benefits in the high-tech industry. Founded in 1994 as a 501(c) (6), SVEF comprises over 65 global employers. Our members are some of the most progressive and leading employers in technology, employing over 2 million people in 120 countries.

What We Do
The Silicon Valley Employers Forum (SVEF) facilitates the sharing of U.S., International, and Global benefits practices to enable our members to strategize, optimize, and manage benefits programs in support of their employees and family members. We partner with vendors and stakeholders, while respecting the culture, philosophy, and benefits strategy of member companies.
We bring together professionals who manage employee benefits and enable networking and learning opportunities through our member meetings, roundtables and events.

Jennifer Anadon, Senior Program Manager, based in Northern California, supports SVEF’s benefit surveys, analytics, and insights. She has led employee benefits and well-being programs, HR management, and employee engagement. She loves to travel, enjoys spending time with friends, and volunteers with local animal rescue groups.
Meelan Bravo
Meelan Bravo
Meelan Bravo, Operations and Finance Manager based in Northern California oversees the company operations, technology, websites and tools, finance and budgeting, project management, and process documentation. She has worked in technology, finance, and healthcare. Meelan is a San Francisco native who loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.
Arianna Dean
Arianna Dean
Arianna Dean, Benefits Data Analyst, based in Pennsylvania, is responsible for crafting ad hoc surveys as well as analyzing and compiling the portfolio and member pulse surveys. She has a dog named Pippin who keeps her company during the workday. She enjoys video games, music of all kinds, and time with her husband.

Karine Desruisseaux, Senior Program Manager, based in Canada, supports SVEF's international initiatives and analytics. After practicing as a Defined Benefits pension actuary, Karine fell in love with Global Benefits and never looked back. Karine spent 11 years in San Francisco before moving back to Montreal. Although her two energetic children keep her busy, she still carves out time to read, walk, and listen to Indie music.

Erik Kapelke, Advisor Member and Partner Engagement, based in Northern California, works with SVEF partners and Member companies. He has worked in Global Benefits, Client Management, and Market Development in the US and internationally for over 35 years. He enjoys spending time with family and staying active while playing golf, watching old movies and following the English Premier football league.

Gloria Lee, Program Manager, based in Northern California, is responsible for the program management of partner and member engagement and member events. She has worked in HR with roles in employee services and U.S. benefits. Gloria loves spending time with family and friends, working out, baking, traveling, and binge-watching episodes of FRIENDS.

Alison Main, Director, based in France, leads the international practice, consulting, and learning academy. She has held various roles in International Benefits and Rewards and has a particular passion for well-being. In her spare time she enjoys the Great Outdoors and entertaining friends with French and Asian cuisine.

Ron Sinha, MD
Dr. Ronesh Sinha, is an internal medicine physician and corporate health specialist who runs a metabolic lifestyle clinic in Silicon Valley. His groundbreaking work reversing diabetes in culturally diverse populations has received global attention with front-cover stories in Fortune Magazine and the LA Times. He authored The South Asian Health Solution, blogs actively on health at cultturalhealthsolutions.

Barbara Thompson, Director, based in Northern California, leads SVEF's data analytics & insights and strategic planning. She has held various roles in global and US benefits. She enjoys time with family and friends, reading, exploring hiking trails in her hometown, and is an avid animal lover.

Lisa Warren, Program Coordinator, based in Northern California, is responsible for supporting member services and operations. Lisa enjoys assisting others and is a natural caregiver, she loves spending time with her family and will always pick an outdoor event as her favorite pastime.

Christi Williams, Associate Director, based in Northern California, leads Marketing and Communications initiatives with an emphasis on events, member services, and strategic and innovation partners. She brings diverse experience in technology, health care, and financial services to this role. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.

Lisa Yee
Lisa Yee, President and CEO, based in Northern California, leads and engages with employers and partners to influence and drive change in global benefits. She has held leadership roles within compensation & benefits in the high-tech and financial services industries. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and two rescue dogs, traveling, and baking.
Governance
The Board of Directors is the organization’s governing body and is comprised of member representatives. The Board has oversight to the Compensation and Investment Committees.
