Aon: 2025 Employee Sentiment Study

This study is based on findings from Aon’s Employee Sentiment survey and insights from Aon’s team of human capital specialists. It equips senior business,human resources, and people leaders with insights into what workforces value and the strategies required to deliver impactful total rewards, culture and leadership that will fully realize the potential of your people.

Data Methodology
In August 2024, Aon conducted an Employee Sentiment survey, inviting 9,202 people aged 18-64, in employment at organizations with more than 500 employees, across the world, to share their thoughts on what workplace initiatives are valuable to them. The survey spanned 23 geographies, including: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom (UK) and the United States of America (USA).
