Natasha has 18 years’ experience as a Retirement consultant and actuary in the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. As part of her role in implementing benefit change programs, she has significant front-line experience in member engagement, having delivered numerous pensions guidance sessions and retirement education seminars.
Since joining WTW in 2019, she advises clients on the strategy and operations of their
retirement schemes, delivering end-to-end support from design through to implementation and communication.
She also manages several large client accounts at a regional APAC level, supporting them with ongoing governance and future strategy.
For Hong Kong-based clients, she advises on the management of their ORSO and MPF schemes and features regularly at WTW-hosted events for the HR industry.

As Chief Medical Officer, Cigna Healthcare group - International Health, Stella leverages her more than 25 years of experience in the global health insurance industry to oversee the design, development and implementation of global clinical and well-being programs. With direct oversight of all clinical functions, Stella is responsible for the over-all clinical strategy to manage the medical cost and improve health outcomes for the members and customers.
Previously as the Head of Health Services, Aetna One Advocate at CVS Health, Stella held operational responsibilities for Precertification, Utilization Management, Quality and the Extended Clinical Services team for the premier clinical program. She also led customer-facing presentations, meetings and site visits for prospective and existing clients. Prior to holding this role, Stella served as the Head of Care Management Americas for Aetna International, providing oversight for end-to-end care management activities.
Stella has practiced medicine in India and is a trained Leprologist. As Project Medical Officer for Alert – India, she was involved in the National Leprosy Eradication program efforts in Greater Mumbai.
Stella volunteers with the Art of Living Foundation and the International Association of Human values. She is a certified breath and meditation coach. She teaches meditation and breathwork for stress management in the community and in correctional facilities in Connecticut.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) and a Diploma in Public Health (DPH) from the University of Mumbai, India and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Strathclyde, UK.
