As society ages, how do we evolve organizational culture, careers, and benefits to adapt to an aging working population, and promote financial resilience?  By 2035 in the United States, there will be more adults over age 65 than children. Employers must consider the local laws of their international employees and the culture and expectations employees have from their high-tech employers. We will review how social and cultural expectations will affect the supplemental employer-provided benefits within high-tech companies. For example, while there is a National Health System (NHS) in the UK, how will this integrate with private employer-sponsored medical plans (PMI), which virtually all high-tech companies provide?
