About the US Health Summit

Now more than ever, employers are being called to play a leading role in shaping the future of the US healthcare system. As healthcare and prescription drug costs continue to rise at unsustainable rates, organizations must rethink how benefits are designed, managed, and measured for value. The US Health Summit is a one-day, senior-level convening designed to help employers move from discussion to action.

Taking place on March 12, this event will bring together senior benefit leaders and healthcare experts to explore the most pressing challenges — and opportunities — facing US healthcare today. Throughout the day, participants will engage in forward-looking conversations focused on reform, transparency, and the evolving role of employers in driving transformational change.

What to Expect
The summit will examine how employers can maximize the value of health plan design while navigating a complex and rapidly evolving environment. Sessions will address topics such as pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) reform, healthcare cost-containment strategies and transparency, and the consequences of eroding incentives across the healthcare ecosystem. While a full agenda will be released soon, attendees can expect practical insights grounded in real-world experience.

Importantly, the summit will also focus on the employee perspective — exploring how smarter healthcare strategies can improve access, affordability, and outcomes while supporting a positive, sustainable employee experience.

Key Highlights

  • Strategies to improve healthcare affordability through smarter plan design
  • Policy and market perspectives on PBM reform and prescription drug pricing
  • Approaches to increasing transparency in healthcare spending
  • Case studies from employers implementing innovative benefits solutions
